Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure receiving your full treatment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, the full amount may be charged.
Booking your next appointment prior to leaving will not only keep you on schedule but we'll take 10% off
your next treatment as well!
When cancelling or changing an appointment, you must give 24 hours advance notice of the change.
If you have to give less than 24 hour notice, we'd greatly appreciate if you would send a family member or friend in your place
and in order to book your next appointment, we'll need credit card information on file.
If we can't fill your appointment when you have given less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your treatment.
No shows or less than 3 hours prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment.
Product Return Policy:
Purchased products are eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’ve decided you don't want the item, it didn't meet
your expectations or if you’ve had an adverse skin reaction.
The product’s container must be 60% full. Please note that products purchased with gift certificates are not refundable.
