These guidelines are designed to help us deliver the best possible skincare treatments and make sure every client enjoys a serene day at the spa.

We appreciate each of our guests and want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the doors. Whether you’ve just booked your first massage or are a repeat client ready for another acne bootcamp check-in, our estheticians are here to help you achieve a healthy mind, body, and soul. Referral Program

We adore new clients and look forward to welcoming your friends and family to our spa in Simsbury, CT. For that reason, our referral program offers a variety of benefits. First and foremost, you’ll receive $10 off your service for every person you directly refer to Illumina. But we don’t stop there. The person you refer to us will also get 10% off one treatment during their first visit.

To receive these perks, have your referral mention your name when booking an appointment, and we’ll note the discount for the next time you come in.

Appointment Bookings

To secure your spa reservation, we require your credit card details without any exceptions. This is solely to secure your booking, and payment can be settled at the end of your session in the form of a credit card, cash, or gift certificate. We kindly request that you arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to guarantee the full duration of your treatment. If you are delayed, we may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule with other appointments. Depending on the extent of your delay, we may still have to apply the full fee. Please refer to the booking and cancellation policy for additional information.

Cancellations & No-Shows

When canceling or changing your appointment time, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that things come up and plans change, but to respect both your time and the time of our professionals, you will be charged 50% of your treatment if we cannot fill your slot when canceling less than 48 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations with less than three hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Gift Certificates

At Illumina Skin Care & Massage, we love that you want to give your friends, family, and loved ones the gift of relaxation and well-being. Our gift certificates can be used toward any service or product.

All gift certificates and e-gift cards are non-refundable.

Additional Spa Policy Information

Product Return Policy: Products are non-refundable unless defective. Any refund amount for products will automatically be store credit.
Pricing: CT sales tax is applied to all facials, waxing, and products. Pricing can change at any time throughout the year.
Gratuities: While not obligated, tips are appreciated and accepted.
Spa Packages: Spa packages expire 12 months after the purchase date, so be sure to schedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Discounts & Coupons: These cannot be combined or used for any product purchases, but don’t worry; we’ll always apply the greatest discount to your service.
